Frequently Asked Questions
Why does it take up to 15 days for my print to arrive?
Our handmade prints and frames are made to order which is why we allow up to three weeks from receiving your payment before the print arrives at your door. This gives us enough time to produce your print to the highest quality and have it carefully packaged for delivery.
We'll keep you posted when your print is with our fulfilment partners and include a tracking number.

Our printing partner uses the latest Epson P20070 printer using genuine Epson Ultrachrome Pro inks.

We print to a 310 gsm 100% cotton rag as standard. This is a very high quality paper stock that ensures the best result for your print.
What are the frames made from?
All frames are made from locally sourced (i.e. Australian) sustainable timber (FSC certified). We use Victorian Ash and Tasmanian Oak timber.

Each frame is hand cut and carefully assembled by our fulfilment team working from their Melbourne workshop.
Why is plexiglass used in the framing?
The 3mm Plexiglass used by our fulfilment partner is museum grade. It is lighter than glass, helps to protect your work from UV damage and also has the added advantage of being shatter proof.
